MOULD FLOW ANALYSIS
[MFA]
Each part must undergo a mould flow analysis for runner gate placement. This process significantly reduces issues surrounding a part design before fabrication, ie: sink marks, weld lines, injection pressure abnormalities, flow rate & overall injection performance.

This ultimately improves overall part appearance performance.

PROTOTYPING (NEW!)

Upon request, we can develop prototypes for parts during development stage. This is a new process on our side in which actual samples can be viewed and felt before part moves into fabrication stage.

This will enable our customers to gauge actual part condition aesthetically, and in which adjustments / modifications can be done before fabrication to prevent costly changes in tooling stage.
